Replacing
the headlights |
Once
you have the headlight doors off locate the 9 bolts that hold
on the header. Getting the header can be a little tricky but all
you need to do is tilt out and lift. |

Once
you have the header off the headlights are held on by 3 adjusting
screws with clips. To get the clips off just take a small screw
driver and a large one and push one of the keepers aside while
prying that side back. You will have to work the clip back and
forth until it comes off. |
When
reassembling the headlight to the header make sure the pointed
end is on the inside bottom. Also the adjuster will connect to
the outer bottom corner (Opposite of the rounded corner). |

Re-install
the header be sure to not overtighten the bolts. |
If
you can now would be a good time to adjust your headlights. There
are two screws that you will not be able to adjust once the doors
are back on the truck. |
